Fee = $150/person starting on May 1 until August 31, 2018.
This is inclusive of 4 meals(i.e., Friday dinner, Sabbath lunch and dinner, and Sunday lunch), admission to seminars, handouts, 1 copy of AMP Triennial Book and a souvenir item. Hotel accommodation is extra.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Requests for cancellation and refund will be accepted if done in writing (via fax, e‐mail or regular mail) no later than August 31, 2018, and it will be subject to a 20 % administrative fee. NO cancellation and refund beyond the deadline.

Hotel cost is extra and booking is the responsibility of each delegate/attendee. To reduce your individual cost, you may want to room with your friends or fellow leaders. You may choose between the following hotels:
– Single & double occupancy: $125+taxes (16%) per room per night
– Triple occupancy: $140+
– Quad occupancy: $155+
Sheraton Parkway Hotel:
– Single & double occupancy: $139+taxes per room per night
– Triple occupancy: $154+
– Quad occupancy: $169+
Triple or quad occupancy will sleep in two beds (no additional bed in the room). If you require roll-away bed, the cost is $15+ each per day.
